Staff News at Mississippi National Golf Links!

We have news for all of you about the future at MNGL. Gerald & Sharan Wendel will no longer be managing MNGL. WE want to thank them for their years of dedicated service and we’ll miss their enthusiasm. We are also excited about Jim Kanavas (Director of Golf), Nate Petric (Head Golf Professional), Randy Juliar (Golf Course Superintendant) and the rest of the staff which will make MNGL a happy place in 2012 and beyond. Dear Mississippi National Patrons,

Mississippi National Golf Links is on solid ground with the continued partnership between Wendell Pittenger Golf Operations and the City of Red Wing through the year 2038. Mississippi National is not being sold.

We especially want to thank all past, present & future golfers as well as our hard working staff. Together, our teamwork with the City of Red Wing will enable us to continue to be the “Crown Jewel of Minnesota Golf”. An achievement we are all proud of and enjoy being a part of. Our goal of making this a fun filled positive experience for everyone as we build on relationships and enjoy our magical golf facility is now well on its way!
