Event Information

FORMAT:
• 18 Holes of Golf. (9 holes 2-woman scramble & 9 holes 2 woman alternate shot). Complete instructions for the competition will be given out on the day of the tournament.

ELIGIBILITY:
• This event is open to all women amateur golfers.

FLIGHTING:
• Teams will be flighted based upon the scores you shoot that day. Number of flights determined by the number of teams that participate in the event.

ENTRY:
• General entries will not be accepted prior to May 1st or after June 30th, 2012.
• Entry fees will not be returned after the close of entries on June 30th. Play will be held rain or shine unless the course is closed due to weather conditions. Play is limited to 72 teams for each shotgun. (288 players total)
• Entry fee must accompany each team entry.

PLAY:
• AM Shotgun start. Play will begin promptly at 7:30 am
• PM Shotgun start. Play will begin promptly at 1:30 pm
• Players must be at the course at least 45 minutes prior to play to receive final instructions.
• Lunch will be served from 12 pm until 1:30 for all participants.

PRIZES:
Drawings will be held at the conclusion of each shotgun. Flight winners will be announced at the awards ceremony immediately following afternoon play.

POWER CART RESERVATION POLICY:
To insure availability of a power car, reservations are suggested. You may reserve a power car as part of your entry. Your entry includes golf, complimentary gift package, prizes and a lunch for each player. Receipts for the tax deductible portion of your $184 team entry will be mailed to you following the event.

CONFIRMATION of your entry will be sent to one member of the team only. Please notify your playing partner when confirmation is received.
